Job Details

7+ years of pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical experience in B2B SaaS.
Track record of winning complex, high-value deals with sophisticated buying committees.
Experience selling into developer, platform, SRE, or engineering-led organizations.
Executive presence and ability to communicate with the C-suite.
Whiteboarding and solutioning skills.
Hands-on fluency across modern cloud environments, CSPs, containers, Kubernetes, distributed systems, API-driven architectures.
Strong working knowledge of observability, distributed tracing, and OpenTelemetry.
Comfort navigating code and implementation details across languages and frameworks.
Experience owning complex POCs and evaluations.
Ability to travel ~20% for customer engagements and internal collaboration.

Drive technical strategy on Honeycomb's largest, most complex deals, partnering with Strategic AEs and Sales Leadership across the region.
Lead discovery, solution design, and executive conversations that connect Honeycomb's platform to real engineering and business priorities.
Own the technical win, shape success criteria, guide POCs, and build stakeholder conviction.
Advise engineering leaders and executives on AI-era observability and modern operations.
Turn complex customer environments into clear architectures and solution narratives.
Get hands-on to instrument apps and unblock technical issues.
Build reusable technical assets, demos, and repeatable architectures.
Deliver demos, workshops, and presentations.
Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to sharpen go-to-market motions.
Mentor peers and model judgment and autonomy.
