Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience with PKI and Machine Identity.
- 5 years of experience with Load Balancing and Firewall Technologies (F5, Palo Alto, Cisco).
- 5 years of experience with Certificate Life Cycle Management tools and Identity Access management tools (SSH, LDAP, Okta).
- 4 years of experience with Service and DevOps Automation tools (ServiceNow, Ansible, Terraform, OpenShift).
- 3 years of experience with Cloud, Containers, and Kubernetes.
- 3 years of experience with Micro services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Responsibilities
- Showcase company products and solutions to potential customers.
- Support customer through all solution architecture stages, including proof-of-concept planning to evaluation.
- Engage in strategic discussions to identify solutions and target upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales team to simplify pre-sales process of demo, evaluation, and closure for customers.
- Evaluate customer needs and requirements to offer hyper-personalized product demos and to improve customer processes.
- Create feedback and review systems to identify and resolve customer issues and deliver solutions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert of the company product and its connected network technologies.
- Engage with product management team to design new requirements, product roadmaps, and enhancements.
- Work with the sales team to complete pre-sales processes of product demonstrations and evaluations.
