Requirements

  • 3-7 years of B2B account management, customer success, sales, or expansion-focused experience.
  • Proven ability to grow existing customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to prioritize a book of business.
  • Comfort managing technical or compliance-related services.
  • Ability to operate in a lean environment with limited sales enablement.
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline.
  • Experience using HubSpot is preferred.
  • Strong professional communication skills for interacting with technical and facilities stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing SSA customers, owning retention, expansion, and relationship health.
  • Segment and prioritize accounts based on revenue potential, service fit, and relationship strength.
  • Build and execute account plans for high-potential customers.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple service lines.
  • Conduct proactive outreach and business reviews with Facilities, Quality, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal operations, technicians, and scheduling teams to move customer needs forward.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, tracking notes, next steps, and renewal timing.
