Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience leading or delivering process improvement/transformation initiatives in O2C, Accounts Receivable, or customer operations.
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end O2C processes.
- Strong program/project management capabilities.
- Experience partnering with systems teams on Salesforce and/or NetSuite enhancements.
- Working knowledge of internal controls and compliance (e.g., segregation of duties, auditability).
- Advanced communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
- Experience in shared services or global process standardization in multi-entity/multi-currency environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead O2C transformation programs, including process redesign, operating model changes, policy/controls updates, and Salesforce/NetSuite enablement.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to improve upstream quote/order quality.
- Define and govern integration touchpoints between Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Improve master data governance and controls.
- Enhance cash application efficiency and strengthen cash forecasting inputs.
- Define and track O2C KPIs with actionable dashboards.
- Ensure SOX/internal controls and audit readiness.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and change management.
