Requirements

  • Experience managing B2B demand gen for SaaS or technical infrastructure products.
  • Familiarity with technical buyer personas like DevOps, platform engineering, and CTOs.
  • Fluent in modern demand gen tech: HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with intent data tools (6sense, Bombora) and ABM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period.
  • Proven builder mentality capable of establishing programs from scratch.
  • Experience in technical marketing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multi-touch campaigns for platform engineering and infrastructure personas.
  • Manage daily paid channel operations including budget allocation for LinkedIn, search, and content syndication.
  • Execute livestream and webinar motions from strategy through to pipeline conversion.
  • Partner with sales to align on target accounts and ICP definition.
  • Work with PMM and DevRel to fuel programs with high-quality content.
  • Own pipeline reporting and metrics including channel efficiency and budget performance.
