Requirements
- Experience managing B2B demand gen for SaaS or technical infrastructure products.
- Familiarity with technical buyer personas like DevOps, platform engineering, and CTOs.
- Fluent in modern demand gen tech: HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads.
- Proficiency with intent data tools (6sense, Bombora) and ABM platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period.
- Proven builder mentality capable of establishing programs from scratch.
- Experience in technical marketing environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch campaigns for platform engineering and infrastructure personas.
- Manage daily paid channel operations including budget allocation for LinkedIn, search, and content syndication.
- Execute livestream and webinar motions from strategy through to pipeline conversion.
- Partner with sales to align on target accounts and ICP definition.
- Work with PMM and DevRel to fuel programs with high-quality content.
- Own pipeline reporting and metrics including channel efficiency and budget performance.
