Requirements

  • 4+ years in a demand generation role.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Track record of hitting pipeline targets and generating revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic, and email marketing.
  • Proven track record of improving funnel performance.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools for campaign efficiency.
  • Preferred: experience marketing in the SMB B2B space.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, email, and webinars.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and experimentation.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns toward ROAS, pipeline contribution, and cost per opportunity.
  • Develop campaign strategies and briefs aligned with target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.
  • Identify and expand into new channels.
  • Lead campaign performance analysis from MQL to closed-won.
  • Establish campaign measurement cadences and share performance updates.
  • Ensure high-quality lead flow and smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales to sync on lead quality and refine strategies.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Brand teams to ensure creative alignment.
