Requirements

- 4+ years in a demand generation role.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot.
- Track record of hitting pipeline targets and generating revenue.
- Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic, and email marketing.
- Proven track record of improving funnel performance.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools for campaign efficiency.
- Preferred: experience marketing in the SMB B2B space.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, email, and webinars.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and experimentation.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns toward ROAS, pipeline contribution, and cost per opportunity.
- Develop campaign strategies and briefs aligned with target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.
- Identify and expand into new channels.
- Lead campaign performance analysis from MQL to closed-won.
- Establish campaign measurement cadences and share performance updates.
- Ensure high-quality lead flow and smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales to sync on lead quality and refine strategies.
- Work with Product Marketing and Brand teams to ensure creative alignment.
