Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of paid media accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact for clients
  • Lead bi-weekly performance meetings, communicate campaign insights, and align stakeholders on growth initiatives
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment scheduling
  • Monitor campaign metrics daily and implement optimization strategies to improve CPA, conversion rates, and overall ROI
  • Develop compelling ad copy, hooks, messaging frameworks, and video sales letter concepts tailored to target audiences
  • Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to test and scale high-performing creative assets
  • Configure and maintain tracking systems, conversion events, marketing automations, and lead routing workflows
  • Troubleshoot campaign, technical, and integration issues while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Use AI-enabled tools to enhance campaign execution, copywriting efficiency, and performance analysis
