Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta advertising and lead generation campaigns
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and driving measurable performance outcomes
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to develop compelling ad creative and scripts
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear optimization strategies
  • Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain performance in a simple, actionable way
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • Experience in high-intent, appointment-based funnels is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for performance, strategy, and execution
  • Run recurring client meetings, present insights, and align on optimization strategies and next steps
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment setting
  • Manage budgets, targeting strategies, creative testing, and performance optimization to meet cost-per-acquisition goals
  • Write ad copy and campaign messaging, including hooks, angles, and video sales letter scripts
  • Oversee tracking setups, conversion events, and integrations with tools such as Calendly and automation platforms
  • Monitor performance daily, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to improve results
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement
