Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, with deep expertise in Meta advertising and performance marketing
- Proven success managing multiple client accounts and delivering consistent performance results
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills, including experience writing ads and conversion-focused scripts
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, analytics tools, and basic marketing automation systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable optimization strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving and execution discipline
- Experience in lead generation, appointment-setting funnels, or high-ticket services is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own client accounts end-to-end and serve as the primary strategic and operational point of contact
- Lead recurring client meetings to review performance, align on strategy, and drive optimization decisions
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to achieve cost-per-appointment goals
- Develop ad copy, messaging frameworks, hooks, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial audiences
- Oversee tracking infrastructure including pixels, conversion events, and automation integrations
- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement performance improvement strategies
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution across campaigns
