  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving and execution discipline
  • Experience in lead generation, appointment-setting funnels, or high-ticket services is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own client accounts end-to-end and serve as the primary strategic and operational point of contact
  • Lead recurring client meetings to review performance, align on strategy, and drive optimization decisions
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
  • Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to achieve cost-per-appointment goals
  • Develop ad copy, messaging frameworks, hooks, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial audiences
  • Oversee tracking infrastructure including pixels, conversion events, and automation integrations
  • Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement performance improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution across campaigns
