Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, healthcare operations, or similar client-facing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and driving operational or strategic initiatives
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred (health plan experience is a plus)
  • Project management experience and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing client communication, ensuring timely responses, escalation handling, and resolution of complex issues across accounts
  • Coordinate and track client support requests and operational tickets through to completion with internal stakeholders
  • Analyze client performance data, trends, and KPIs to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Develop presentations, reports, and client-facing materials that clearly communicate value, outcomes, and recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, product, analytics, compliance, and clinical stakeholders to solve client challenges
  • Participate in regular business reviews with clients and internal leadership to assess performance and drive improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve client experience, and support long-term account growth
