Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B software, IT management, or public sector technology.
  • Strong understanding of public sector buying processes, procurement frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience working closely with sales enablement, demand generation, and product teams.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset using market insights and data.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, Highspot, and Asana.
  • Bonus: experience with FedRAMP, CMMC, or security clearance environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive public sector go-to-market strategy across Federal, State, Local, and Education segments.
  • Develop deep buyer and persona insights regarding procurement and compliance.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into differentiated, value-driven messaging.
  • Lead messaging strategy for product launches and campaigns.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and RFP/RFI frameworks.
  • Support sales teams with training and tools for government procurement cycles.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and industry events.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize public sector pipeline impact.
