Requirements

- Strong understanding of public sector buying processes, procurement frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working closely with sales enablement, demand generation, and product teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical mindset using market insights and data.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, Highspot, and Asana.
- Bonus: experience with FedRAMP, CMMC, or security clearance environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive public sector go-to-market strategy across Federal, State, Local, and Education segments.
- Develop deep buyer and persona insights regarding procurement and compliance.
- Translate technical product capabilities into differentiated, value-driven messaging.
- Lead messaging strategy for product launches and campaigns.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and RFP/RFI frameworks.
- Support sales teams with training and tools for government procurement cycles.
- Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and industry events.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize public sector pipeline impact.
