Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
- 3+ years of experience leading IT engineers in remote environments.
- 5+ years of experience deploying and managing Enterprise technology (Mobile Device Management, Identity & Access Management, Productivity tools).
- 5+ years of experience in end-user support (Directory Services, SSO, Password Management, RBAC, Procurement).
- Experience leading agile ceremonies.
- Experience managing performance with direct reports.
- Strong track record of meeting schedules and managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability as an effective mentor and coach.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting audio/video equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-caliber engineering team and identify team gaps.
- Perform personnel management tasks including performance reviews and career growth planning.
- Train new engineers on best practices, standards, and culture.
- Own IT tooling management including vendor relationships and procurement.
- Refine agile processes and create methods to increase efficiency.
- Lead the creation and execution of novel solutions to complex technical problems.
- Align team work with business and engineering priorities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Security on roadmaps and priorities.
