- Active Medical Assistant Certificate
- Experience leading teams in a digital health/telehealth company
- Experience managing patient escalations and resolving complex issues
- Proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, and adapting to custom IT systems
- Strong understanding of medical practice operations
- Experience in analyzing data and trends for operational improvement
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Patient Care Coordinators and Leads through coaching and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high quality patient interactions by performing regular quality reviews and coaching.
- Resolve patient escalations related to prescriptions, billing, or scheduling.
- Oversee the team's support functions including triaging messages and patient communication.
- Coordinate support for clinicians regarding pre-visit lab orders, medical records, and prescription tasks.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure efficiency in patient support operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects and provide feedback for system enhancements.
