Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS.
- Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Product development experience in healthcare technology.
- Experience with call center environments (preferred).
- Background in patient engagement programs (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven voice technologies (preferred).
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets (preferred).
- Understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows (preferred).
- Experience with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle, or population health products (preferred).
- Knowledge of SQL, ideally PostgreSQL (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities and ideal end state.
- Perform ongoing optimization of live user workflows including monitoring of key metrics and user feedback.
- Develop a deep understanding of requirements through collaboration with internal teams and end users.
- Perform thoughtful solution design and use data to test hypotheses.
- Write detailed user stories for new features with defined business rationale, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps to deliver maximum value with minimum risk.
