Requirements
- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health discipline.
- Proficiency in technology for remote work.
- Competency with Google Suite (calendar, docs, sheets, slides).
- Strong documentation and data entry skills.
- Professional work experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Responsibilities
- Efficiently accept patient handoffs from an Intake Care Manager and seamlessly continue care.
- Develop rapport with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
- Guide patients in developing skills and strategies for relapse prevention.
- Encourage patients to develop work skills and participate in therapeutic activities.
- Educate patients on medication and monitor medication adherence.
- Communicate treatment recommendations to the care team.
- Assess patients for risk and perform crisis interventions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record patient progress using monthly validated assessments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate diagnostic records and reports.
- Ensure timely entry of billable activity notes in the electronic medical record (MMR).
