Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain project management ecosystem (Trello/Asana/Notion).
  • Replace manual handoffs with automated workflows and SOPs.
  • Oversee onboarding, scheduling, and client-matching for 60+ freelancers.
  • Manage executive/departmental inboxes and triage complex queries.
  • Handle customer escalations while maintaining service standards.
  • Deploy AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make) to eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
