- Expert in Gmail, Google Workspace, and CRM management.
- Ability to quickly master and optimize custom tech platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain project management ecosystem (Trello/Asana/Notion).
- Replace manual handoffs with automated workflows and SOPs.
- Oversee onboarding, scheduling, and client-matching for 60+ freelancers.
- Manage executive/departmental inboxes and triage complex queries.
- Handle customer escalations while maintaining service standards.
- Deploy AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make) to eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
