Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solution selling within AV-IT or related industries
  • Strong ability to prospect, develop, and close new enterprise accounts
  • Solid understanding of AV, audio, video, control systems, or comparable technical ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise customer structures and use cases
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales management platforms
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across channel, consulting, and strategic sales teams
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel and participate in industry events and customer engagements

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise-level opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise customers
  • Promote and articulate the value proposition of complex AV, audio, video, and control platform solutions
  • Manage full sales cycle activities including prospecting, account development, and opportunity closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (channel, consultants, strategic accounts, and technical stakeholders) to advance deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure consistent sales reporting and pipeline visibility
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences
  • Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations to drive engagement
  • Continuously build technical and business knowledge of enterprise AV-IT environments and workflows
