Requirements

- Experience in Data Center/Critical Power business development.
- Focus on strategic Data Center growth in North America.
- Ability to work with internal teams, executive management, and external customers.
- Understanding of key financial metrics including P&L, balance sheets, and ROI.
- Demonstrated mastery of functional knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Utilize market intelligence to develop sales and account penetration.
- Develop proactive solutions and proposals using company capabilities.
- Create and drive personal pipeline aligned with business unit strategy.
- Devise strategies to promote propositions alongside regional leadership.
- Research and understand customer business strategy, product plans, and expansion activities.
- Establish and manage customer relationships for long-term growth.
- Negotiate deals and service agreements.
