Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, platform management, or related fields.
- At least 2+ years of people leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance.
- Strong experience in product development, program management, or large-scale operational transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical, financial, and data interpretation skills to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations and long-term evolution of the Enterprise Management Operating System (eMOS), ensuring alignment across onboarding, tools, sustainment, and training functions.
- Oversee multiple teams supporting platform users, driving consistent execution, performance, and service quality across all operational areas.
- Define and execute strategic initiatives to enhance platform capabilities, improve user experience, and enable enterprise-wide operational efficiency.
- Partner with product, technology, analytics, and business leaders to design and implement scalable digital and operational solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, influencing senior stakeholders to resolve complex operational challenges and implement transformational changes.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and leadership growth.
