Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, platform management, or related fields.
  • At least 2+ years of people leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance.
  • Strong experience in product development, program management, or large-scale operational transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and data interpretation skills to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations and long-term evolution of the Enterprise Management Operating System (eMOS), ensuring alignment across onboarding, tools, sustainment, and training functions.
  • Oversee multiple teams supporting platform users, driving consistent execution, performance, and service quality across all operational areas.
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives to enhance platform capabilities, improve user experience, and enable enterprise-wide operational efficiency.
  • Partner with product, technology, analytics, and business leaders to design and implement scalable digital and operational solutions.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, influencing senior stakeholders to resolve complex operational challenges and implement transformational changes.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and leadership growth.
