Requirements

- Experience managing a large enterprise or consumer-facing partner.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
- Strong intuition for consumer-facing marketing strategy.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and broad ownership.
- Prior strategy consulting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for Fortune 50 client stakeholders.
- Guide operations and marketing teams to improve recruitment, engagement, and job placement outcomes.
- Track program performance, identify insights, and drive course corrections.
- Evaluate learner-facing marketing and hold the bar on campaign strategy.
- Identify and communicate long-term product and engineering opportunities.
- Draft and review executive-level internal and external communications.
