Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, market access, consulting, pharmacy, or payer-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare economics, reimbursement systems, pricing, and pharmaceutical demand drivers.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare contracting, distribution models, GPOs, and specialty pharmacy ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build relationships with executive-level partners.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in commercial data, field analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical value chains, launch excellence, and market access strategy execution.
  • Experience in cell & gene therapy, rare diseases, radioligand therapies, or other high-cost specialty products preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of channel operations strategies supporting cell & gene therapy and radioligand therapy portfolios across distribution, dispensing, pricing, and contracting frameworks.
  • Develop and implement operational models that enable effective market access field engagement, business-to-business interactions, and performance tracking across advanced platforms.
  • Drive end-to-end contracting strategy execution, including negotiation, financial evaluation, and implementation of agreements with distribution partners, pharmacies, and GPOs.
  • Align channel operations strategies with sales, marketing, medical, and market access stakeholders to ensure integrated execution and shared accountability.
  • Build and enhance commercial data capabilities to support decision-making, field effectiveness, and channel performance optimization.
  • Oversee monitoring systems and analytics to assess impact, improve access strategies, and enable continuous performance improvement across portfolios.
  • Collaborate with finance, contracting, and trade operations teams to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and successful implementation of channel programs.
  • Provide strategic input on launch excellence, patient access strategies, and advanced therapy commercialization models.
