Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce (automation, workflows, architecture).
  • Proven ability to support and optimize cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building scalable operational processes from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end Revenue Operations infrastructure.
  • Design, implement, and optimize systems across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
  • Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop scalable go-to-market processes supporting sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking systems.
  • Establish pipeline management standards, forecasting processes, and data governance practices.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead routing, attribution models, and funnel performance.
  • Design customer lifecycle frameworks and retention strategies.
  • Own vendor selection and system integrations across the revenue technology ecosystem.
  • Drive AI-enabled operational improvements.
