Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce (automation, workflows, architecture).
- Proven ability to support and optimize cross-functional teams.
- Experience building scalable operational processes from the ground up.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or Zendesk.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end Revenue Operations infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and optimize systems across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
- Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable go-to-market processes supporting sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking systems.
- Establish pipeline management standards, forecasting processes, and data governance practices.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize lead routing, attribution models, and funnel performance.
- Design customer lifecycle frameworks and retention strategies.
- Own vendor selection and system integrations across the revenue technology ecosystem.
- Drive AI-enabled operational improvements.
