Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy at a B2B SaaS company
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and governance
  • Experience deploying AI tools in a GTM context (e.g., outreach, enrichment, predictive scoring)
  • Experience building or leading an AI-first GTM operations function
  • Systems thinking ability regarding tech stacks and data models
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and CRM dashboards (Salesforce, Hubspot, Omni)
  • Experience partnering with Finance on forecasting and ARR reporting
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end RevOps tech stack including Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Evaluate, implement, and rationalize tools to improve GTM productivity
  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools across the GTM stack
  • Define and track efficiency metrics for AI investments
  • Build dashboards, forecasting models, and pipeline reporting
  • Partner with Finance on ARR reconciliation and revenue forecasting
  • Design and optimize sales processes like lead routing and renewal workflows
  • Support territory design, quota setting, and compensation plan modeling
  • Manage and develop the RevOps team
