Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy at a B2B SaaS company
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and governance
- Experience deploying AI tools in a GTM context (e.g., outreach, enrichment, predictive scoring)
- Experience building or leading an AI-first GTM operations function
- Systems thinking ability regarding tech stacks and data models
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and CRM dashboards (Salesforce, Hubspot, Omni)
- Experience partnering with Finance on forecasting and ARR reporting
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end RevOps tech stack including Salesforce and Hubspot
- Evaluate, implement, and rationalize tools to improve GTM productivity
- Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools across the GTM stack
- Define and track efficiency metrics for AI investments
- Build dashboards, forecasting models, and pipeline reporting
- Partner with Finance on ARR reconciliation and revenue forecasting
- Design and optimize sales processes like lead routing and renewal workflows
- Support territory design, quota setting, and compensation plan modeling
- Manage and develop the RevOps team
