Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, or legal‑adjacent roles
- Comfortable operating as an independent contractor with a clearly defined scope and deliverables
- Manage contracts autonomously while exercising sound judgment on when to escalate complex issues
- Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills for customer‑facing commercial agreements
- Hands-on experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and in conversation
- Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to ramp quickly in a fast‑moving environment
- Enjoy collaborating with cross‑functional partners and explaining contractual concepts to non‑legal stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end execution of the contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through approvals, execution, and post‑signature management
- Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and amendments using established templates and playbooks
- Negotiate commercial terms within defined approval frameworks, escalating non‑standard or higher‑risk items as needed
- Identify legal, financial, and operational risks early and propose practical, business‑oriented solutions within scope
- Ensure contracts align with internal policies, approval matrices, and risk guidelines
- Maintain accurate contract records in CLM tools, ensuring version control, data integrity, and audit readiness
- Track key obligations, milestones, renewals, and expirations to support proactive contract management
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support efficient, timely deal execution
- Contribute insights and recommendations to improve templates, workflows, and contracting documentation during the engagement
