  • 2–6 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Solution Sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • MBA (highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and closing complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of the local business culture and key industry players.
  • Strong network of professional contacts within the respective city.
  • Familiarity with Fintech, SaaS, Employee Benefits, or Loyalty platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target city.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles to drive revenue growth.
  • Engage in strategic, ROI-driven discussions with senior stakeholders and CFOs.
  • Leverage local market expertise to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Analyze and navigate the local competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
