Requirements
- 2–6 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Solution Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- MBA (highly preferred).
- Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and closing complex deals.
- Deep understanding of the local business culture and key industry players.
- Strong network of professional contacts within the respective city.
- Familiarity with Fintech, SaaS, Employee Benefits, or Loyalty platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target city.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Manage long and complex sales cycles to drive revenue growth.
- Engage in strategic, ROI-driven discussions with senior stakeholders and CFOs.
- Leverage local market expertise to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Analyze and navigate the local competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
