Requirements

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Resilience and perseverance in a high-volume calling environment
  • Fluent in German
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities
  • Data proficiency with Google Sheets and Salesforce
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of MEDDICC is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Segment-based acquisition and onboarding of new key account partners through telesales
  • Conducting approximately 150 calls per week
  • Creating individually adapted emails based on partner needs and sales strategy
  • Onboarding new partners to the Too Good To Go concept and app usage
  • Advising partners on solutions for surplus food
  • Diligent maintenance of all activities in Salesforce
  • Ensuring pipeline hygiene and tracking relevant KPIs
