Requirements

  • Passion for telephone sales and building trust over the phone
  • High resilience and ability to work consistently towards targets
  • Excellent, persuasive, and fluent German communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
  • Data-oriented with experience in Google Sheets and Salesforce
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience in phone-based sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of MEDDICC methodology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Segment-specific acquisition and onboarding of new Key Account partners via telesales
  • Conduct approximately 150 calls per week and create personalized emails
  • Introduce partners to the Too Good To Go concept and app usage
  • Consult partners on surplus food management solutions
  • Maintain CRM data in Salesforce
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene and track relevant KPIs
