Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in hard sciences preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in management consulting, SaaS implementation, or enterprise project management.
- Experience in carbon markets, fuel markets, or carbon accounting is a plus.
- Comfortable with technical and highly configurable SaaS solutions.
- Experience with API integrations and enterprise-grade SaaS is a plus.
- Polished presentation skills for technical and commercial topics.
- Self-directed problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently on short notice.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own total responsibility for a portfolio of key enterprise customers.
- Become an expert on the customer's SAF program and platform usage.
- Cultivate high-trust relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive customer success and identify commercial expansion opportunities.
- Gather and deliver structured product feedback.
- Manage complex software deployments and decarbonization programs.
- Refine operational playbooks for Technical Implementation and Customer Success.
- Collaborate across teams to execute program objectives.
- Stay educated on carbon-related market trends.
