Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in product or UX design, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Experience using analytics/behavior data to inform design decisions.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted design/prototyping workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers, including working in the same iteration loop.
- Experience planning and conducting formative usability tests.
- Expertise in Figma is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Work with product managers and engineers to improve product adoption and design new solutions.
- Co-build AI-accelerated coded prototypes with developers for customer validation.
- Rapidly explore workflows, UI patterns, and content using AI-powered tools.
- Translate concepts into testable artifacts including flows, prototypes, and microcopy.
- Partner with concept builders to ensure UX quality across all states and accessibility.
- Design natural language and automated experiences for AI-powered tools.
- Plan and execute formative usability testing and prototype validation.
- Mentor other designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in critiques and present work to stakeholders and leadership.
