- Experience designing and shipping production frontend code (React, React Native, or SwiftUI).
- Ability to move from concept to interactive prototype rapidly.
- Systems thinking approach to design.
- Proficiency in planning and conducting end-to-end research.
- Experience reducing ambiguity and tightening product scope.
- High bar for design craft, specifically regarding motion, accessibility, and emotional tone.
- Portfolio of shipped consumer product work across web and mobile.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools.
- Ability to seek feedback and iterate rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Own the experience layer for a customer journey or product surface end-to-end.
- Design for families navigating complex life transitions.
- Contribute to and evolve Babylist's design system.
- Run user research including interviews and usability testing.
- Write production frontend code.
- Model AI-native workflows and mentor team members.
- Instrument work and track performance metrics.
