Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in a product design role.
- Portfolio proving real visual range across brand and product.
- Experience shipping complex flows from discovery through iteration.
- Keen eye for usability and accessibility.
- Demonstrated experience working on projects from discovery through to shipping/iteration.
- Ability to present case studies showcasing product impact.
- Demonstrate basic design system principles and practices.
- Fluent in Figma and comfortable with AI design tools.
- Prototyping experience for desktop and mobile.
- Clear, compelling presentation and communication style.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers, engineers and customer support to improve the traveller's user experience.
- Craft user interfaces in Figma and build prototypes (traditional and AI).
- Participate in design lifecycle stages: ideation, research, prototyping, validation, and design.
- Partner with Product Managers to rapidly validate concepts prior to development.
- Visualize digital and physical touchpoint solutions supporting the traveller's journey.
