Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 5-9+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with significant senior-level experience.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing leadership in solving complex user problems and strategic thinking.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
- Proficient in leveraging and evaluating research tools.
- Proven ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize various user research and testing methods.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Mastery of user-centered design, usability, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Extensive experience working within and evolving comprehensive design systems.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business objectives into innovative, user-centered design strategies.
- Lead design of AI/automation-driven experiences.
- Orchestrate collaboration with PMs, User Researchers, Content Designers, and Engineering leads.
- Apply design methods to solve highly ambiguous problems and contribute to design systems.
- Influence strategic direction alongside Product, Engineering, and Research leadership.
- Mentor junior designers to uphold design excellence.
- Develop scalable, maintainable design solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI, generative design, and interaction paradigms.
