Responsibilities
- Define the overarching UX vision and UI design language for our omnichannel ecosystem.
- Architect sophisticated, user-facing analytics tools.
- Lead the information design strategy to visualize complex metrics.
- Lead the design strategy for AI-driven features.
- Oversee and evolve a scalable Design System.
- Serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders.
- Direct usability testing and competitive analysis.
