Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of professional experience in packaging and brand design.
- Experience in CPG/beauty/fragrance or adjacent sectors.
- Expert level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of Figma or Keynote/PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to create scalable on-pack systems and brand worlds.
- Strong presentation skills with commercial logic.
- Working knowledge of print/production processes.
- 3D familiarity (KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead concepting and design for fragrance collections and brand systems across SKUs, sizes, and substrates.
- Build distinct visual territories including color, typography, patterns, and iconography.
- Create on-pack architecture that balances beauty with regulatory clarity.
- Design comps and mockups for secondary packaging, merchandising, and e-commerce.
- Build style guides and scalable design toolkits.
- Conduct competitive teardowns and trend maps for brand positioning.
- Design in-store merchandising displays.
- Mentor mid/junior designers on craft and systems rigor.
