Requirements
- 3+ years in analytical roles supporting enterprise GTM teams (Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, BizOps).
- Experience at growth-stage company (50-200 employees).
- Proficiency as primary Salesforce admin (building, maintaining, improving).
- Experience with GTM tech stacks.
- Proactive fluency in AI tools for workflow improvement.
- Hypothesis-driven analytical approach.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Self-directed in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Salesforce admin and own the broader GTM tech suite.
- Maintain data integrity and drive adoption of sales and CS tools.
- Identify and implement new tools including AI-powered solutions.
- Diagnose performance gaps through hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Build dashboards to surface key metrics.
- Lead compensation planning and goal-setting.
- Build and standardize processes across Business Development and Customer Success teams.
- Establish AI usage guidelines to ensure consistency.
