Requirements

  • Proven experience in GTM analytics, revenue operations analytics, or business analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, modeling, and maintaining scalable analytical frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce data structures and core GTM objects (leads, accounts, opportunities, campaigns, etc.).
  • Experience supporting financial planning processes such as forecasting, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
  • Ability to synthesize data across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify cross-functional insights and opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready narratives.
  • Experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Marketo, Outreach) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, funnel performance, segmentation, and revenue outcomes.
  • Own the GTM data dictionary, ensuring consistent definitions, logic, and metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Lead analytical modeling for forecasting, including conversion rates, pipeline coverage, stage weighting, and forecast variance analysis.
  • Support annual planning and revenue forecasting through quota modeling, capacity analysis, and segmentation insights.
  • Develop scenario models for pricing, GTM strategy, and revenue structure decisions in partnership with leadership teams.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to assess pipeline contribution and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure accurate data modeling across Salesforce, Marketo, and the modern data stack.
  • Lead cross-functional ad hoc analyses including win/loss, cohort analysis, market sizing, and GTM performance deep dives.
