Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with strong expertise in population health, value-based care, or quality analytics.
- Proven experience in analytic leadership roles, including strategy development and client-facing advisory work.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT for building and managing analytical models.
- Strong ability to communicate complex analytical insights to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-level analytics programs or solutions.
- Solid understanding of healthcare data environments, including risk adjustment, attribution, and medical economics concepts.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven storytelling.
- Experience with data visualization tools and familiarity with AWS-based data ecosystems, predictive modeling, or machine learning is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of advanced healthcare analytics strategies across key analytics engines such as risk, medical economics, and attribution models.
- Develop scalable and reusable analytic frameworks using modern data engineering tools and methodologies.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to shape the analytics roadmap and contribute to product innovation.
- Oversee the quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytic outputs across customer-facing deliverables.
- Serve as a thought leader in healthcare analytics, representing insights in client engagements, industry discussions, and internal strategy sessions.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, supporting skill development and strengthening organizational analytics capabilities.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, scalability, and improved analytic efficiency across workflows.
- Contribute to the evolution of value-based care analytics through research, experimentation, and best practices.
