Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in GTM, revenue ops, or business analytics in B2B SaaS.
- High proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Omni, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models and objects.
- Experience with Snowflake and dbt pipelines.
- Experience partnering with Finance on quota calibration and capacity modeling.
- Ability to identify patterns across Sales, Marketing, and Finance data.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to leadership and C-suite.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the core BI dashboard suite for Sales and Marketing.
- Own the GTM data dictionary, metric definitions, and calculation rules.
- Manage the analytical layer of the GTM forecast process.
- Lead annual bookings planning analysis and partner with Strategic Finance.
- Build scenario models for pricing, segmentation, and GTM structure.
- Track campaign performance relative to pipeline contribution goals.
- Partner with Analytics Engineering to model GTM data from Salesforce and Marketo.
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects like segmentation and win/loss diagnostics.
