Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience designing digital products.
- At least 2 years of experience on B2B or SaaS platforms.
- Portfolio demonstrating problem framing, research, and design trade-offs.
- Deep fluency in Figma and library management.
- AI proficiency for design process acceleration.
- Experience designing complex, data-rich interfaces.
- Independent user research planning and synthesis skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with PMs and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process end-to-end for your squad from discovery to shipping.
- Tackle complex workflows such as multi-country payroll and compliance dashboards.
- Plan and lead independent user research including interviews and usability tests.
- Pair with engineers on implementation, including review of builds and CSS suggestions.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system.
- Advocate for accessibility and internationalisation standards.
