Responsibilities
- Define AI-Agent UX patterns for human-agent collaboration
- Drive product direction and influence roadmap strategy
- Own product surface end-to-end from discovery to delivery
- Build and scale a component-based design system
- Pioneer AI-assisted design methodologies
- Conduct customer research and translate insights into product features
- Establish the quality bar for design craft and consistency
