Requirements
- Proven experience working within an SAP S4 HANA environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation functions.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data governance, and master data management principles.
- Demonstrated experience with data cleansing, validation, and reporting automation processes.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Previous experience in data management, reporting analysis, finance support, or related analytical roles.
- Exposure to finance, commercial reporting, or ERP reporting environments.
- Experience collaborating with IT teams for dataset transformation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical master data elements including product, business partners, and customer master data.
- Support master data cleansing, validation, maintenance, and governance processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards within Power BI and SAP.
- Work with IT to transform datasets into user-friendly reports.
- Prepare and format recurring Excel-based and database-driven reports.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies within SAP systems.
- Perform reconciliation support and data validation activities.
- Partner with the business to automate routine reporting processes.
