Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, and financial reporting functions
- Experience building, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets and datasets
- Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and validation across financial systems and spreadsheets
- Assist with general ledger (GL) entries and accounting support tasks as needed
- Support monthly close activities, including reconciliations and reporting preparation
- Build, maintain, and improve Excel spreadsheets and financial models
- Conduct financial and operational data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies
- Clean up and standardize spreadsheets, reports, and datasets for consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables
- Prepare and organize financial reports and supporting documentation
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and audit-ready files
- Support process improvements and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
