Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or consulting.
- Experience in fintech, lending, or operations-heavy environments.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Experience building dashboards/reports using BI tools (e.g., LookerStudio, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Knowledge of cloud data warehouses.
- Working knowledge of KPI measurement and reporting logic.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and performance issues.
- Translate operational questions into analytical problem statements and hypotheses.
- Document current-state processes and define future-state improvements.
- Support definition of business requirements for dashboards, reports, and automations.
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends.
- Convert analysis into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to validate data requirements and outputs.
- Support ad-hoc deep-dive analyses for senior leadership.
