Requirements

  • 6+ years in analytics supporting Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Ops.
  • Experience building data models and BI layers from scratch.
  • Comfortable working with CRM, product usage, and billing data.
  • Experience in a PLG or usage-based business model.
  • Ability to build self-service data tools for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical and strategic context with territory design and expansion strategy.
  • Habitual user of LLMs and AI tooling with a clear point of view on AI-driven analytics.
  • Clear communication skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in async, autonomous, and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own canonical data products including ARR, pipeline, account health, and renewal tracking.
  • Define and document GTM metric standards for consistent organizational definitions.
  • Maintain underlying data models for GTM reporting.
  • Serve as the dedicated analytical resource for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops leadership.
  • Translate business questions into analytical specs and decision-ready findings.
  • Build self-service tools to enable GTM teams to answer their own questions.
  • Connect CRM, product usage, and billing data systems.
  • Utilize AI tools and LLMs to increase analytical output and efficiency.
