Requirements
- 6+ years in analytics supporting Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Ops.
- Experience building data models and BI layers from scratch.
- Comfortable working with CRM, product usage, and billing data.
- Experience in a PLG or usage-based business model.
- Ability to build self-service data tools for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical and strategic context with territory design and expansion strategy.
- Habitual user of LLMs and AI tooling with a clear point of view on AI-driven analytics.
- Clear communication skills for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in async, autonomous, and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and own canonical data products including ARR, pipeline, account health, and renewal tracking.
- Define and document GTM metric standards for consistent organizational definitions.
- Maintain underlying data models for GTM reporting.
- Serve as the dedicated analytical resource for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops leadership.
- Translate business questions into analytical specs and decision-ready findings.
- Build self-service tools to enable GTM teams to answer their own questions.
- Connect CRM, product usage, and billing data systems.
- Utilize AI tools and LLMs to increase analytical output and efficiency.
