Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional reporting.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers.
- Understanding of business strategy and product lifecycle.
- Prior experience as a data analyst.
- Business or engineering degree.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish core KPIs to measure product success and impact.
- Guide and empower product teams with advanced analytical methodologies and training.
- Shape experimentation strategy by designing A/B tests and defining success metrics.
- Conduct thorough analysis of product performance and user behavior trends.
- Partner with product researchers to map the customer journey and identify knowledge gaps.
- Influence product roadmap discussions through proactive data insights.
- Collaborate directly with the Director of Product.
