Requirements
- 7+ years of data analysis experience
- Mastery of SQL (complex joins, CTEs, analytical functions)
- Strong hands-on Python proficiency
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests
- Capable of creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations
- Degree in analytics, software engineering, or economics
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Own the design of dashboards, product metrics, and performance reports
- Automate product data solutions, reporting workflows, and pipelines
- Dive into large datasets to build scalable data models
- Translate business requests into reports and pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow
- Lead cross-functional projects to build and maintain data sources
- Drive experimentation infrastructure and A/B testing frameworks
- Support ad-hoc data requests for feature performance and user onboarding
