- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and setting direction.
- Skilled at evangelizing SEO strategy to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for SEO and AI search across the entire brand portfolio.
- Build authority across external networks including journalists, creators, and review platforms.
- Develop measurement approaches for AI search visibility using log data and crawler activity.
- Manage large-scale technical infrastructure, structured data, and crawl efficiency.
- Direct editorial work for high-converting, authoritative content.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to build technical foundations.
- Lead, hire, and develop the SEO and research team.
