Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in SEO/AEO, digital strategy, or content intelligence.
  • Deep expertise in search algorithms, structured data, and semantic optimization.
  • Strong understanding of audience intent and narrative strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).
  • Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, visual, and actionable insights.
  • Experience productizing insights into scalable tools or platforms.
  • Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and formalize Orchestra’s AEO Insights framework.
  • Develop and refine the AEO tool kit including LLM-powered platforms.
  • Transform complex data sets into actionable brand strategy stories.
  • Integrate search intelligence into messaging and editorial planning.
  • Design measurement frameworks and intelligent reporting systems.
  • Oversee recommendations for schema, structured data, and semantic alignment.
  • Support innovation in AI search intelligence and pilot new tools.
