Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in SEO/AEO, digital strategy, or content intelligence.
- Deep expertise in search algorithms, structured data, and semantic optimization.
- Strong understanding of audience intent and narrative strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).
- Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, visual, and actionable insights.
- Experience productizing insights into scalable tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and formalize Orchestra’s AEO Insights framework.
- Develop and refine the AEO tool kit including LLM-powered platforms.
- Transform complex data sets into actionable brand strategy stories.
- Integrate search intelligence into messaging and editorial planning.
- Design measurement frameworks and intelligent reporting systems.
- Oversee recommendations for schema, structured data, and semantic alignment.
- Support innovation in AI search intelligence and pilot new tools.
