Responsibilities
- Hire and coach high-performing SEO managers.
- Act as a senior voice on strategy calls, QBRs, and escalations.
- Manage client portfolio retention and campaign results.
- Oversee full-funnel SEO strategies including technical audits, content, and backlinks.
- Manage department P&L, capacity planning, and tooling decisions.
- Lead the agency's point of view and strategy on AI search and generative engine optimization.
