Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or people management.
- Proven experience with healthcare revenue cycle management systems and software.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue cycle management performance across the organization.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap focused on efficiency, quality, and financial performance.
- Lead and facilitate revenue cycle meetings, including denials management sessions.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including hospital leadership and third-party vendors.
- Promote an inclusive culture and implement best practices across operations teams.
- Deliver measurable improvements through continuous improvement methodologies.
- Serve as a change agent and communicate initiatives effectively.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations.
