Requirements

  • Proven experience with healthcare revenue cycle management systems and software.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue cycle management performance across the organization.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap focused on efficiency, quality, and financial performance.
  • Lead and facilitate revenue cycle meetings, including denials management sessions.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including hospital leadership and third-party vendors.
  • Promote an inclusive culture and implement best practices across operations teams.
  • Deliver measurable improvements through continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Serve as a change agent and communicate initiatives effectively.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations.
